Elegant white wine, with a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflection. Fine at nose, releases fruity notes reminiscent golden apple and wild mint. Flowing, harmonious and with an attractive taste, wraping the mouth with hints of apple and acacia.
Food pairings: wine to combine with fish light appetizers, risottos, haute cuisine soufflés and delicate steamed fish dishes.
