Production: hand-picked grapes at controlled maturation
Vinification: The vinification is strictly ‘in white’ with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeast
Refinement: in stainless steel barrels, on noble lees for 6 months
Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
Aromatic white wine, straw yellow in color.
The nose is fresh but complex in aromas. Prevail notes of bell pepper, melon and sweet tobacco in the finish.
It ‘a fine white wine, with good body, with perfect balance between acidity and roundness. Excellent taste-olfactory persistence.
Food pairings: It is a wine to be paired with smoked fish appetizers, risotto with fish and vegetables, grilled shellfish.
